- Conference venue hire, 08h00–17h00 (Garden Villa, Farsight Villa or Manor House)
- AV equipment: projector, HDMI cable, flip chart/whiteboard with markers
- Stationery: writing pads and pens for every delegate
- Morning refreshments: muffins, croissants, butter, jam, local cheese & charcuterie
- Sparkling and still water, tea & coffee, fresh fruit juice throughout the day
- 4-course tapas-style lunch at Pink Valley Wines, including a glass of wine
- Cleaning of the conference room between morning and afternoon sessions
- Optional late afternoon mezze platter with wine (additional)
